Simple banana cake. Very moist

Ingredients
- 11/4c white sugar
- 1/2c butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1tsp. baking soda
- 1/4c sour cream
- 1c mashed banana
- 11/2c cake flour
- 1tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9x9" pan. Dissolve baking soda in sour cream. In a large bowl,cream butter and sugar till light. ,add eggs,beat well. Add sour cream and baking soda mixture,mashed banans and vanilla,stir to combine. Add cake flour,mix well. Pour batter into 9x9" pan and bake at 350 for 45 mins or till done.

Great Recipe especially if you would like to bake it in a bread loaf pan -jusr insert toothpick to ensure its done since its being a baked in a deeper pan.
And Letting it sit for one day, will make any banana bread allow all those great spices i like to add such as cinnamon, nutmeg and mace - I also add a good helping of good vanilla.
