- chicken BREST, ENOUGH TO COVER THE BOTTOM OF A 9X13 GLASS BAKING DISH shopping list
- STICK OF butter shopping list
- parmesan cheese (THE PLASTIC TUBS, LIKE 16 OZ) shopping list
- 1/2 PINT OF heavy cream shopping list
- ONE egg yolk shopping list
- mozzarella cheese 16OZ GRATED, DONT USE THE LOW FAT VERSION!!! shopping list
- garlic, AS MUCH AS YOU WANT shopping list
- FRESH cracked black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- LINE THE DISH WITH CHICKEN BREST
- MELT THE BUTTER IN A MED SAUCE PAN
- ADD THE PARMESAN TO BUTTER TILL MELTED, BUT NOT BROWNING
- ADD THE EGG YOLK TO THE CREAM, AND MIX IT TOGETHER
- ADD TO THE BUTTER MIXTURE, LET HEAT UP, BUT NOT BOIL
- ADD MOZZARELLA AND GARLIC, KEEP ON STOVE TIL CHEESE IS MELTED, THEN POUR OVER THE CHICKEN. YOU PAN WILL BE FULL.
- MAKE SURE ALL THE CHICKEN PIECES ARE COVERED, PUT IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 45 TO 50 MIN. MAKE SURE CHICKEN IS DONE ALL THE WAY THROUGH, AND CHEESE IS BROWNED ON TOP.
- SPOON OVER THE TOP OF MASHED POTATOES AND ENJOY!
