Garlic Pepper

This is my favorite seasoning blend. My husband doesn't use salt and it is next to impossible to find garlic pepper without salt. So I mix my own. I make 2 batches one spicy and one not.
Ingredients
- Batch #1 shopping list
- 1 part garlic powder shopping list
- 1 part onion powder shopping list
- 1 part coarse ground black pepper shopping list
- Batch #2 shopping list
- Same as above shopping list
- 1 dried jalapeno (powdered) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients. Put in a shaker.

Very good post. Seldom is there a recipe that you don't use pepper and garlic and the jalapino sounds great. Will be making some up.thanks.

This sounds like a great all purpose combo of seasonings. I like that there's no salt so I can control the amount of salt added. I don't use a lot when cooking, so I like to see salt free seasoning blends.
