Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 pounds unpeeled, large fresh shrimp
  • 3 cans beer (12 oz size each)
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasonings
  • Key Lime Mustard * recipe follows*
  • Key Lime Mustard:
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice (bottled or fresh)
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions
  1. Rinse and drain shrimp.
  2. Bring beer and seasonings to a boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Serve immediately with key lime mustard.
  5. Key Lime Mustard:
  6. Combine all ingredients.
  7. 1 1/4 cups.
