Andouille Cajun Fettuccine Recipe

Very Yummy... One of the first pasta dishes i learned to cook back in the day

Ingredients
- l lbs. of cooked Al Dente fettuccine
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 medium julianne cut onion
- 1 small julianne cut red bellpepper,
- 1 small julianne cut green bellpepper
- 1 cup thinly sliced andouille sausage
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- McCormick's Cajun seasoning to taste
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat a large saute pan on high heat
- add olive oil, garlic, bell peppers and sausage cook till sausage is done stirring constantly
- deglaze pan with white wine
- add heavy cream bringing to a boil
- add parmesan cheese and cooked pasta stirr and season with McCormick's Cajun seasoning to taste
- add black pepper to taste. (lots of love in this dish)
