Ingredients
  • l lbs. of cooked Al Dente fettuccine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 medium julianne cut onion
  • 1 small julianne cut red bellpepper,
  • 1 small julianne cut green bellpepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced andouille sausage
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • McCormick's Cajun seasoning to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Heat a large saute pan on high heat
  2. add olive oil, garlic, bell peppers and sausage cook till sausage is done stirring constantly
  3. deglaze pan with white wine
  4. add heavy cream bringing to a boil
  5. add parmesan cheese and cooked pasta stirr and season with McCormick's Cajun seasoning to taste
  6. add black pepper to taste. (lots of love in this dish)
