This is a simpletea cake that is great with tea or coffee... its so light it can double as a shortcake with fruits.... I tried it with strawberries and it was wonderful....I got this recipe off the Internet several months ago and Ive made it several ... More

I didn't have any confectioners sugar, so I sprinkled a cinammon/sugar mix on the top for the last 20 minutes of baking. This took 40 minutes in my oven, which usually runs spot on. Worth the wait though!
