This easy, impressive cake is sweet, tangy and moist!
It can be made a day in advance as well!
I think it was from one of the little soft cover cookbooks...but I'm not sure, I've had this recipe a long time.

I hope you don't mind me posting this here. It's just a suggestion for an alternative frosting for your cake. I use this on my lemon poke cake. You need 1 pkg. of Dream Whip and a 4 serving size instant Lemon Jello pudding mix beaten together with 1 1/2 cups of milk. It's very light and delicious.
