This recipe looks amazing, I'm sorry to say that I'd have to omit the mushrooms to make this one in my house. I absolutly love them butI know that no one would eat the dish if they were in there. :(

Asheats don't use the mushmrooms and Step 22 refers to sauted galic.. The only thing to remember is not too burn garlic as it will make the whole dish rancid YUK
