How to make it

  • Bring milk and cream of wheat to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Let cool. (it must be cooled or it won't work)
  • Beat together remaining ingredients and add to cooled cream of wheat.
  • Beat until fluffy.
  • In 9x13 pan layer whole graham wafers, then add 1/2 of cream of wheat mixture.
  • Put another layer of wafers and then the rest of wheat mixture, top with wafers.
  • ICING:
  • Beat together all ingredients except milk add milk 1 tsp at a time for desired consistency.
  • Ice cake and refrigerate overnite.
  • ENJOY!!!!

    Now this cake looks different. I too love Cream of Wheat and like Jo_Jo_ba I have added it to flour but never had it alone in a recipe. I am looking forward to trying this cake. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.
