Cream of Wheat Cake

This is a very different cake but it is very rewarding. A very special treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 cup margarine shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream of wheat shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- graham wafers shopping list
- ICING: shopping list
- 250 g cream cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp margarine shopping list
- 1 cup icing sugar shopping list
- milk shopping list
How to make it
- Bring milk and cream of wheat to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Let cool. (it must be cooled or it won't work)
- Beat together remaining ingredients and add to cooled cream of wheat.
- Beat until fluffy.
- In 9x13 pan layer whole graham wafers, then add 1/2 of cream of wheat mixture.
- Put another layer of wafers and then the rest of wheat mixture, top with wafers.
- ICING:
- Beat together all ingredients except milk add milk 1 tsp at a time for desired consistency.
- Ice cake and refrigerate overnite.
- ENJOY!!!!
