Olive Cheese Melts

A scrumptious olive and cheese mixture melted on english muffins
Ingredients
- 1c black olives shopping list
- 1/3c green onions,chopped shopping list
- 11/2c shreaded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2tsp curry powder shopping list
- 1/2c mayonaisse shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt shopping list
- 8 English muffins,split in half shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400. In a med ium sized bowl,combine olives,green onions,cheddar cheese,curry powder,mayonaisse and salt. Mix well
- Spread mixture on english muffins. Cut english muffinds into fourths. Note: If you want to freeze these,now is the time! Arrange muffin pieces on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 10 mins.
