How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, cook pasta to desired doneness, adding frozen peas during the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain; return to saucepan
  • Add shrimp, cheese spread, mushrooms and milk; cook over low for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is hot, stirring constantly
  • To prevent sticking you may want to place the saucepan into simmering water for the last step
  • 2 servings

    This sounds heavenly. Good thing I am headed to the grocery store today or would have had to make an extra trip to get the shrimp for this. Think this sounds great for dinner tonight.
