Ingredients

How to make it

  • Coat a largre non-stick skillet with cooking spray; add oil, place over medium high heat until hot
  • Add mushrooms, crushed red pepper, salt and garlic; saute 3 minutes
  • Reduce heat to medium, add broth and black pepper and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley
