How to make it

  • Place ingredients into a mixing bowl and just rub the butter in.
  • Place mixture in 2 square cake tins and just work it into the edge with
  • knuckles until combined and smooth.
  • Prick with a fodrk,
  • Bake at 325 F for 20 minutes or when golden brown.
  • Leave to cool then mark out portions before completely cold.
