How to make it

  • PreparationPour the Southern Comfort into a champagne glass, add bitters and champagne and garnish with the lemon peel.

  • Alternatively, you may use either brandy (omitting the Angostura bitters and substituting an orange peel),

    Sounds good to me! I use angostura bitters when making Old Fashions which is an old fashioned drink. Ha! Thanks for this recipe!
