Sounds yummy...I do a variation of this with hot dogs, bratwurst, and even hamburgers (that are already cooked). I add to the bubblin' beer... one sliced onion in rings and a clove of crushed garlic. I usually prick the hot dogs and brats first so they can absorb the beer mixture. I boil them in the beer and then I put them on the BBQ to finish cooking them to a brown perfection. After they are finished, I add them back to the beer mixture so they continue to pick up the yummy goodness of the beer mixture. So tasty and the kids love them :)
