For those that shouldn't use salt. This is pretty tasty. Good for those with high blood pressure.

This is such a good blend! Thanks. :)

Talk about perfect timing, Henrie - my 89 yr old mother is in the hospital...diagnosis COPD and congestive heart failure - no more salt for her and I've been frantically shopping seeing what I can come up with for salt substitutes for her. This blend sounds great (I could even use it myself, ya know!)...thanks for the share AND the perfect timing!

Wow what a great mix I am definately book marking this one.

I definatelty need to be using this blend for sure.....

A great blend and healthy alternative to salt. Thanks for the post!

Very nice blend, I use a lot of these spices in my brines.

I don't like salt, so finding a recipe that will be a substitute is great. It will add favor to some of my dishes. Thanks
