Ingredients

How to make it

  • 450 oven
  • Ungreased cookie sheet
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives criss-crossed, until crumbly
  • Stir in half and half just until moistend
  • Drop by rounded 1/4 cupfuls onto cookie sheet
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar
  • Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden
  • Make Sauce
  • Mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a 1 1/2 qt saucepan
  • Stir in water and lemon juice until smooth
  • Stir in 1 Cup of blueberries
  • Heat to boiling pver medium heat, stirring constantly
  • Boil easily and stir 2 minutes or until thickened
  • Stir in remaining bleberries
  • Serve warm with with shortcakes and ice cream
