Quick and Easy Casserole

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 (24-ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed shopping list
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 (2.8-ounce) cans French-fried onions shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In heavy skillet, cook ground beef with salt until browned, stirring to break into small pieces. With a slotted spoon, transfer to large bowl. Add hash browns, soup, sour cream, cheese and onion. Mix well. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2- inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle French-fried onions on top. Bake for 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
