Awesome healthy recipe - thanks!
(Tip, if you soak the quinoa for as little as 3 hours, your seeds will germinate/sprout and become even healthier. You would cook them in less water.)

Delicious. When I made this I was a bit unsure of whether it was to my taste; I was very pleasantly surprised. I have the feeling that this recipe is gonna become a regular dish.
Thankyou muchly.

The Garden of Vegan and How it All Vegan are books that together were written by two friends, very simple delicious recipes. I don't use margarine so that is the only thing - Anyway, the books are fantastic for people on a budget, who still want to live and eat healthy.

Thank you.

Yeah I reckon mushrooms should work pretty well with this. Your photo looks not dissimilar to how mine turned out, so that's good.
And thanks for the recipe you forwarded.

I should mention that I use a organic brand of Quinoa which is already pre-washed. (rinsed)

I really like Quinoa salads. This one has some familiar flavors and sounds great. Good idea cooking flavor into as it can be a little bland. Thumbs up!
