Georgia Cracker Salad

This recipe is from Paula Deen episode : A Fish Fry. It may seem different but Oh Man is this good. and I do love it with fish fry.
Ingredients
- 1 Sleeve saltine crackers shopping list
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 green onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium sized bowl, coarsely crushed crackers with your hands, should be big cracker pieces. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve immediately.

I'm looking at this recipe and thinking...you know...I've had this. When we were kids, we used to make little saltine cracker sandwiches - with mayo, salted tomato..sometimes a seasoned cucumber slice and/or a bite of green onion. And it was so goo...more
