I LOVE making this & my husband & small son gobble it up every time! To add my own little twist, I like to thicken the juices up after baking by making a roux (equal parts butter & flour) stovetop & stirring in the pan juices & then adding back the shrimp. I serve it in a large bowl & my family sit around it eating shrimp & dipping pieces of a soft, fresh loaf of bread into the gravy. Delicious!
