Alabama Shrimp Bake Recipe
A delicious way to serve shrimp. You can bake the peeled or unpeeled. Found on a seafood website.

Ingredients
  • Alabama Shrimp Bake
  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • ¾ c. lemon juice
  • ¾ c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TB salt
  • 1 TB coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 TB hot sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 ½ pounds large or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined ( or if you prefer leave shells on and let everyone peel their own at serving time.)
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Directions
  1. Combine the first 9 ingredients in a small bowl, set aside.
  2. Layer shrimp, lemon slices and onion slices in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour butter mixture over the shrimp.
  3. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, basting occasionally with pan juices. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.
