Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 16 oz. can pork and beans in tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbls. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup wagon wheel pasta
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese to garnish
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion until beef is browned
- Drain fat
- Add beans, tomatoes and liquid, beef broth, and chili powder
- Bring to boil
- Lower heat and stir in pasta
- Simmer until pasta is done
- Garnish with cheese
