Cowboy Soup

- Serves 4
Your little cowboy or cowgirl will love it
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 16 oz. can pork and beans in tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth shopping list
- 1 tbls. chili powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 cup wagon wheel pasta shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef and onion until beef is browned
- Drain fat
- Add beans, tomatoes and liquid, beef broth, and chili powder
- Bring to boil
- Lower heat and stir in pasta
- Simmer until pasta is done
- Garnish with cheese
