How to make it

  • Drain the jalapenos, cut them half way open long ways and clean out the seeds.
  • Place a raw shrinp in the cavity of each pepper
  • Wrap each pepper in bacon. I usually just cook them with the seam side of the bacon down, but you could secure the bacon with a toothpick.
  • I like these on the grill, but they can also be baked in a 400 degree oven. Just cook them long enough to crisp the bacon, which will be plenty long to cook the shrimp. For the adventurous, pop the whole thing into your mouth. Or cut them in half or even thirds and dip in ranch dressing.

    Oh good is this? I've done cream cheese stuffed fresh jalapenos with bacon wrapped around in the oven and on the grill. I bet the shrimp here is really good. Another great share - thanks so much!
