Ingredients

How to make it

  • Frosting
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Combine the sugar, oil, and honey. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add to the sugar mixture, mixing well. Add the eggs and nuts. Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan. It will be stiff, so press batter into the corners and edges evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Frosting: Combine the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Frost while bars are hot. Cut into squares when cool (if you can wait that long).
