Sunshine Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 cut-up chickens

1tsp salt

1 tsp basil or oregano

1/4tsp pepper

Sauce:

1/2c soy sauce

1/2c ketchup

1/4c honey

1/4c oil

2 cloves garlic,mashed

Directions

Sprinkle chicken with salt,basil or oregano and pepper. Place in a single layer,skin side up. Mix all sauce ingredients,pour 1/3 sauce on the chicken and bake at 350,uncovered for about an hour,(45 mins. if freezing),baste with remaining sauce.

( If frozen-reheat covered for about 1/2 hour)
