How to make it

  • Sprinkle chicken with salt,basil or oregano and pepper. Place in a single layer,skin side up. Mix all sauce ingredients,pour 1/3 sauce on the chicken and bake at 350,uncovered for about an hour,(45 mins. if freezing),baste with remaining sauce.
  • ( If frozen-reheat covered for about 1/2 hour)

    This is a super easy sauce with a lot of flavor. I was worried about the pan clean-up but it came right off! I guess because of the oil added. Forgot to make rice but it was good without it. Added my picture, too. A bit more detail in IMI
