Secret Spice Rub

Recipe by renowned Cookbook author Bruce Aidells.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup kosher salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar shopping list
- 3 tbsp paprika shopping list
- 2 tbsp chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp ground sage shopping list
- 1 tsp dry thyme shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice shopping list
- 2 tsp ground coriander shopping list
- 1 tsp dry basil shopping list
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic or garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ingredients in a jar. Seal and shake well. Apply generously to meat or poultry before cooking. Store for up to 3 months.
