This is a variation of my Jalapeno Popper breading, only I added a packet of ranch seasoning into the flour. It came out good enough to earn a place into my usual dinner arsenal. You'll be hard-pressed to find someone who won't absolutely love it.

Ingredients
  • About 8 assorted Chicken parts, fat and skin removed. For wings, you can get away with about 10.
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley's Ranch seasoning
  • 2-3 cups Plain Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • Pam Spray

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix the Ranch seasoning in with the flour.
  3. Dip the damp, raw chicken into the flour/seasoning mixture and coat very well.
  4. Momentarily dunk the coated chicken into the milk, then coat with breadcrumbs, covering entirely.
  5. Space the chicken at least 2" apart on Pam-coated baking sheet. Use two pans if you have to.
  6. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, turning once, then bake for an additional 30 minutes and serve.
  7. Easy as hell, but tastes like heaven.

This recipe is great! I love it! I am from Kentucky you know, and incidentally I call myself "Kenfunky Fried Chicken" when I dress too casually for work and have to change clothes before heading in to the office.
