Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix the Ranch seasoning in with the flour.
  • Dip the damp, raw chicken into the flour/seasoning mixture and coat very well.
  • Momentarily dunk the coated chicken into the milk, then coat with breadcrumbs, covering entirely.
  • Space the chicken at least 2" apart on Pam-coated baking sheet. Use two pans if you have to.
  • Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, turning once, then bake for an additional 30 minutes and serve.
  • Easy as hell, but tastes like heaven.
Yes, Kel and I were eating in my bedroom, because that's what happens when you share a kitchen with people. Sometimes, your dinners clash.   Close

This recipe is great! I love it! I am from Kentucky you know, and incidentally I call myself "Kenfunky Fried Chicken" when I dress too casually for work and have to change clothes before heading in to the office.
