Tilapia With Thai Coconut Sauce

- ½ tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped green onions shopping list
- 1 tsp curry powder shopping list
- 2 tsp red curry paste shopping list
- ½ tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 4 tsp low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 2 cups coconut milk shopping list
- 2 tsp cornstarch shopping list
- Six tilapia fillets shopping list
- ½ tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 2tsp lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sesame oil-cornstarch in a hot saucepan and bring to low simmer. Do not boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Mix sesame oil and lime juice in a bowl, using pastry brush, brush on top of fish. Broil 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Serve fish with sauce over top and cooked Basmati rice. Enjoy!
