How to make it

  • Mix sesame oil-cornstarch in a hot saucepan and bring to low simmer. Do not boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Mix sesame oil and lime juice in a bowl, using pastry brush, brush on top of fish. Broil 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • Serve fish with sauce over top and cooked Basmati rice. Enjoy!

I made this the other night and it was delicious. I made all the ingredients the same, but I cubed my tilapia and added to saute pan of sauce at last minute and it cooks fast. Served over rice. Whole family loved it. 5 forks!!!

This sounds good...I was a little confused about what happened to all the ingredients in your recipe...then I realized that in Direction #1 you mean to mix all of the ingredients from the sesame oil THROUGH cornstarch. Now I get it...It's ok...you were probably busy with Dakota when you submitted this recipe. What a cutie pie!
