How to make it

  • In food processor, add chopped strawberries, 2/3 cup raspberries, and sugar
  • Blend until smooth puree
  • Drop 1 whole strawberry into each of 4 champagne flutes or wineglasses.
  • Top with 2 tbls. mascarpone, then 2 tbls. fruit puree
  • Repeat layering 2 more times
  • Top off with mascarpone and add 3 raspberries for garnish
  • Chill at least 1 hour

    Any thing with cheese can't be bad! Add strawberries and uuummm!
