Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Fit one pie crust into the bottom of a baking dish. You may have to roll it to make it fit what dish you are using. (I use the deep oval Corningware kind)
  • Then set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables and chicken.
  • Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Moisten edges of pie crust with water and place remaining crust on top. (again you may have to roll it to fit the dish.)
  • Fold edges & pinch together to seal.
  • Cut slits in the top to vent.
  • Bake 45-50 minutes.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  Close
