Asparagus Lasagana Rollotini

- MUSHROOM SAUCE shopping list
- 2 large portabella mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons walnut Liqueur shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 4 tablespoons flour shopping list
- RICOTTA MIX shopping list
- 8 oz ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 Large egg shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro shopping list
- 2 tablespoons basil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 green onions chopped shopping list
- LASAGNA shopping list
- 1 package of Lasagna shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sea salt for cooking Lasagna shopping list
- 20 Frozen asparagus spears shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for top shopping list
- PLATING shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach for each plate shopping list
How to make it
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- Add Lasagna and boil for 8 minutes
- Add the Asparagus Spears
- Turn off remove asparagus with a Chinese wire spoon
- Drain Lasagna and place onto a cookie sheet
- Slather with Ricotta mixture
- Lay 3 Asparagus on each Lasagna and roll up
- Place into a Loaf pan which has been coated with butter
- cover evenly with Parmesan cheese
- Cover loaf pans with Foil and bake for 30 minutes covered
- Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes
- SAUCE
- while Rollotini is baking make the sauce
- in a sauce pan cook the sliced Mushrooms in two tablespoons of olive oil
- add a pinch of sea salt and sweat mushrooms until soft
- Add the butter and the flour
- Add the Walnut liqueur and the white wine, simmer until sauce thickens.
- Place a bed of fresh spinach onto plate add the Rollotini and ladle the sauce on top
- Pour yourself and guest a glass of whine
