How to make it

  • Place carrots in a saucepan then add enough water to barely cover them.
  • Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan then stir in lemon juice and maple syrup.
  • Simmer for 3 minutes then add carrots and simmer 3 minutes more.
  • Add salt and pepper just before serving.

    Nov 20/15 Loved this recipe. I did do one mistake I added 1 tsp of lemon juice but it did not ruin the recipe. Will be making again.
