Cajun Style Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Donnie’s Cajun Seasoning Mix (or equivalent ingredients) (Recipe on my recipe page)
Directions
- Make hamburger patties by mixing meat, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning mix and water.
- Shape into patties.
- Preheat grill, and cook the hamburgers for 5 minutes on each side for 30 minutes.
