Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck shopping list
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 small onion finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp. water shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp. Donnieās cajun seasoning Mix (or equivalent ingredients) (Recipe on my recipe page) shopping list
How to make it
- Make hamburger patties by mixing meat, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning mix and water.
- Shape into patties.
- Preheat grill, and cook the hamburgers for 5 minutes on each side for 30 minutes.
