My kind of cookie...mix it up, put it in the oven and forget about it!! But not for too long...

- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch salt
- 2/3 Cup white granulated sugar
- 1 Cup chopped pecans
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add vanilla, salt and beat in sugar.
- Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
- Drop a teaspoon of mixture on shiny side of foil place on cookie sheet.
- Place in preheated oven.
- Place cookies in oven; turn OFF the heat.
- Take cookies out the next morning!
- Don't forget about them if you turn the oven on in the morning!!!
