Forgotten Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Add vanilla, salt and beat in sugar.
  • Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
  • Drop a teaspoon of mixture on shiny side of foil place on cookie sheet.
  • Place in preheated oven.
  • Place cookies in oven; turn OFF the heat.
  • Take cookies out the next morning!
  • Don't forget about them if you turn the oven on in the morning!!!
