My kind of cookie...mix it up, put it in the oven and forget about it!! But not for too long...

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • 2/3 Cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 Cup chopped pecans
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  3. Add vanilla, salt and beat in sugar.
  4. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop a teaspoon of mixture on shiny side of foil place on cookie sheet.
  6. Place in preheated oven.
  7. Place cookies in oven; turn OFF the heat.
  8. Take cookies out the next morning!
  9. Don't forget about them if you turn the oven on in the morning!!!
