Baked Shrimp in Chipotle Sauce Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in all ingredients except shrimp.
  • Toss shrimp with sauce in a large shallow baking dish and bake in middle of oven until shrimp are just cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Serve over rice and enjoy.

    Huge apologies to Misahungry for my three star rating. I realized I used 1/2 cup of wine - not 1/4 as posted. I will make this again when I have more shrimp.

    Tasty shrimp. I had one pound of 21/25 shrimp but didn't cut the sauce. It took 14 minutes for my shrimp but they were large. Used a foil lined cookie sheet to bake them on. More in IMI. 5/22/15
