How to make it

  • Roll meatballs into golf ball size, boil for 5 minutes drain. (this eliminates a lot of grease)
  • Place meatballs into dutch oven
  • Par cook baby carrots until tender crisp.
  • Mix Russian dressing with onion soup mix, pineapple chunks with juice, apricot jam and par cooked baby carrots.
  • Pour over meatballs
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.

    Another one I have to try - I have a Hawiaan meatball recipe that I haven't made in years because it takes forever...this recipe sounds easy and quick and delicious!!
