Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix.
  • Pour some in a spray bottle for application in the garden. If the gallon has been still for a while, mix or stir well before filling the spray bottle.
  • Shake the spray bottle before starting to spray (if it's been still) and often during application.
  • The Disney World folks say this mixture is lethal on most pesky garden bugs, and safe for butterflies. Your butterflies will love you for it.

I hope it kills the tiny white thingys (I love that word) in your potting soil. As you know, the oil and soap coat the little buggers (buggers, Ha Ha) and suffocate them. They can't breath, either. :^)

Ya reckon this will work with those little pesky white thingys that are in my dirt in the hanging baskets, etc? I spray my wax begonia with water and a dollop of dish detergent for the yellow bugs (some type of aphid that gets on it at certain times of the year. I watch what I use as DO NOT want to kill flutterbys and the lizards. Great post.
