Apricots Dates And Almonds Meat Balls

- For the apricot Puree: shopping list
- 100 gr. dried apricots,cut in medium pieces shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons of sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup of water, shopping list

- Meat Balls shopping list
- 10 dried apricots shopping list
- 10 dried dates shopping list
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds shopping list
- 500 gr. ground beef shopping list
- salt, pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp. curry powder shopping list
- 3 tsp. apricot puree shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list

- Sauce shopping list
- 1 medium chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tsp.melted butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp. flour shopping list
- 2 cups beef broth shopping list
How to make it
- Apricot puree
- Boil apricots in water for about 5 minutes, blend apricots, sugar and water in the blender, “pulsing” for 30 seconds. Until you have the puree.

- Meat balls
- In a large bowl mix ground beef, salt, pepper curry powder, onion apricot puree, and eggs. Mix well.
- Form meat balls and set aside.
- In a blender, Blend all sauce ingredients and pour into a sauce pan over medium heat, add meat balls, stirring
- Add dried apricots in pieces and dried dates in pieces…
- Cook for about 15 minutes.
- Serve over white rice and sprinkle sliced almonds.
