How to make it

  • Place chicken in crock pot . Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Serve over rice or noodles. Can thicken the juice after cooking with a little cornstarch.

    Tried this dish over the weekend, sad to say that I did not care for it. Way too much vinegar for my taste. I wanted so much to like it! Will now take the chicken, shred it, and simmer it a bit in my favorite bbq sauce to salvage it.
