1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED

1 BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED

1CAN OF WHOLE KERNEL CORN DRAINED

1 CAN OF ROTEL TOMATOES

1 CAN OF STEWED OR DICED TOMATOES

1 6.5 OZ CAN OF MUSHROOMS OR MUSHROOM PIECES & STEMS

1 CAN OF KIDNEY BEANS

1 CAN OF RANCH STYLE BEANS

1 CAN OF PINTO BEANS

1 PKG. OF TACO SEASONING

1 PKG. OF RANCH STYLE DRESSING

PARSLEY

SEASONING OF YOUR CHOICE SUCH AS HOUSE SEASONING, NATURES SEASONINGS, TONYS, ETC...

BLACK PEPPER

WATER TO YOUR DESIRED CONSISTENCY

YOU CAN ALSO ADD CHILI POWDER TO TASTE

IF YOU ARE IN SOUTH LOUISIANA AND HAVE ACCESS TO CREOLE BEANS YOU CAN ADD THOSE ALSO

ENJOY!

Directions

BROWN THE HAMBURGER CHUCK WITH THE LARGE ONION, DRAIN

THEN ADD THE REST OF YOUR INGREDIENTS

BRING TO A BOIL STIRRING OFTEN SO IT WONT STICK

BRING DOWN TO A MEDIUM HEAT AND COOK FOR 45 MINUTES

YOU CAN DOUBLE THIS RECIPE AND FREEZE IF YOU LIKE

SERVE OVER TORTILLA CHIPS

WITH CRACKERS

OR TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE & SOUR CREAM
