Am a great one for Onions. I just love them so much and I guess this will be good too. Hope you are now settled back home in the States. Guess you won`t miss the English weather. a little unpredictable.

This sounds so delicious! I'm all for onions, and this sounds kind of like sweet & sour rather than just jam-like. I am positive my family would LOVE it! The kids are watching as I type, and I got an emphatic "YES" when I asked if they would like it.

My husband and I love any kind of relish or jam as an accompaniment to our meat - this sounds absolutley wonderful. I will be making this soon, and especially now that our Vidalia onions are in the market. Thank you for sharing!
