Ground Beef and Twice Baked Potato Pie

- 1.5 lb lean ground beef (I use 93%) shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 c Progresso plain bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 t dried sage shopping list
- 1/2 t seasoned alt shopping list
- 1/2 t garlic pepper shopping list
- 2 T worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 t chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 package (1lb 8 oz) refrigerated garlic mashed potatoes (I used leftover mashed) shopping list
- 1 c shredded cheese (I use the 4 flavor casserole melt) shopping list
- 1 c chopped fresh tomato shopping list
- 1 slices bacon, cooked and chopped shopping list
- 2 T chopped green onion shopping list
- 4 T sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350
- In a large bowl, mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, sage, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, worcesrshire, garlic and egg until well blended
- Press in bottom of ungreased 8-inch square (2 qt) glass baking dish
- Spread mashed potatoes over top
- Cover with cheese
- Bake uncovered about 50 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160
- Sprinkle with tomato, bacon and green onions
- Top servings with 1 T sour cream
