Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350
  • In a large bowl, mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, sage, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, worcesrshire, garlic and egg until well blended
  • Press in bottom of ungreased 8-inch square (2 qt) glass baking dish
  • Spread mashed potatoes over top
  • Cover with cheese
  • Bake uncovered about 50 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160
  • Sprinkle with tomato, bacon and green onions
  • Top servings with 1 T sour cream
