Crunchy Italian Potatoes

- 4 hand size potaoes, (skin on) shopping list
- 4 Tbls extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tbls Plain flour shopping list
- 2 Tbls Spicy Italian herbs shopping list
- 1 Teasp cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1 Teasp salt shopping list
- Sprinkle of parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Wash potatoes and dice into large cubes.
- In an oven safe bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add the potatoes coating evenly in the mixture.
- Bake in the oven on med-high for 30 mintues or until golden, soft and slightly crunchy.
