How to make it

  • Wash potatoes and dice into large cubes.
  • In an oven safe bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Add the potatoes coating evenly in the mixture.
  • Bake in the oven on med-high for 30 mintues or until golden, soft and slightly crunchy.

    Bake these at 160 degrees celcius for 20 mins then finish off at 200 degrees celcius.
