Hey Lam, I agree with wolf. Can't go wrong with old bay. I like the simplicity of this recipe. Really lets the crab flavor come thru. I must try this one. Jim

I'm a transplanted Marylander....this is the only way to make a crab cake. After you patty them put 'em in the Fridge to firm up so they won't break apart while frying!
