Silentwriters Spinach Quiche

- 1-frozen pie shell shopping list
- 4-eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 cup of milk (any kind) shopping list
- 1-package (10-16) ozs chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry. shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onions (or) small onion shopping list
- salt & pepper To taste shopping list
- 2/3 cup (or less) of shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2/3 cup (or less) of smoked swiss cheese (or regular) shopping list
- 2/3 cup (or less) of provolone cheese shopping list
- 1 Whole garlic (or) garlic Poweder to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat eggs until well blended
- Add milk
- Saute onions & garlic in saucepan for about 7 minutes
- DO NOT BROWN
- Add Spinach to saucepan with eggs & milk blend
- Add cheeses to same pot mix together
- DO NOT COOK IN PAN
- Add this mixture to the pie shell
- Bake in oven at 350 deg for 40-45 mins.
- Remove from oven and allow to sit until slightly cooled
- Eat either warm or refrierate and eat cold.

I love Quiche and this looks delightful only instead of or less I would be going or more LOL I love cheese and I think I might make this for Easter Sunday breakfast - it looks fast and easy

Unbelievable!!!! spinach and quiche might be a few of the most wonderful words in the world. A good dish for Good Friday too.
