The Black Olive Oil

This oil is perfect for marinating fish, drizzling on bread, or tossing with salad. One of many favorites! Enjoy! :)
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup black olives, pitted shopping list
- 1 anchovy, or 1 tsp anchovy paste shopping list
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 garlic clove shopping list
- 1 thyme sprig, leaves only, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- Bottle with stopper for storage shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth.
- Pour into bottle until ready to use.
