This dish is a great appetizer that I first had at the San Angel restaurant in Disney. I recreated it once I got home and we have enjoyed it ever since.

After living in Mexico City for a year back in 1982, there was a very fine restaurant named San Angel - we even have a few plates (that were for sale) that we brought back - but to think you have now given me a recipe to one of my favorite mexican dishes (that I literally survived on while living there) is simply awesome! I can't thank you enough - not only did you get my high five on this one - I will make it very soon! OMG you really brought back memories for me :-PPP)
