corn bread chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • In resealable plastic bag, combine the corn bread mix and the salad dressing mix
  • Pour milk in bowl
  • Dip chicken in milk
  • Then place in bag and shake to coat
  • In large skillet, brown chicken in the oil on both sides
  • Cook uncovered over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear
  • ENJOY!!!!
