Tasty corn bread coated chicken, goes perfect with a vegetable and salad

Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pack corn bread muffin mix
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 cup milk
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 oz. each)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- In resealable plastic bag, combine the corn bread mix and the salad dressing mix
- Pour milk in bowl
- Dip chicken in milk
- Then place in bag and shake to coat
- In large skillet, brown chicken in the oil on both sides
- Cook uncovered over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear
- ENJOY!!!!
