As warmer weather is upon us, this is a great treat to have in your bag for a quick munch. Easy and quick! :)

Ingredients
  • * 2 cups golden raisins or currants
  • * 2 cups granola cereal (see my recipe)
  • * 1 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces (like M & M's)
  • * 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
  • Options: Add banana chips, papaya, pumpkin seeds design your own special mix!

Directions
  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Separate into ziplock bags for individual servings to pack with a lunch.

M & M' s are not healthy Jennifer :) the dye has been connected to a lot of mood disorders in children, which is not just in M & M 's of course, anyway you could substitute with dark chocolate covered almonds or something. I make snack mixes like this quite a bit.
