This is the official Salsa of our family and friends and very easy to make. If I brought home a bottle of store bought Salsa my family would throw it at me! We also mix it with Avacados to make great Guacamole Dip.
Ingredients
- 2 onions diced shopping list
- 3-4 cloves garlic diced shopping list
- 3-5 seeded and diced jalapenos shopping list
- Big handful of chopped cilantro shopping list
- 3 tbls. vinegar shopping list
- 3 tbls. lime juice shopping list
- 2-3 cans 14.5 oz diced tomatoes( depending on the size of the onions, I prefer Hunts petite diced) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients into food processor and pulse a few times until you’ve reached your desired consistency.
- Pour into glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap and referigerate awhile to let the flavors blend, best if you let it chill for a couple of hours.
