Jimmys Salsa Recipe

If I brought home a bottle of store bought Salsa my family would throw it at me! We also mix it with Avacados to make great Guacamole Dip. Prep:20m Servings:15	Dooley

Ingredients

2 onions diced

3-4 cloves Garlic diced

3-5 seeded and diced Jalapenos

Big handful of chopped Cilantro

3 tbls. Vinegar

3 tbls. lime juice

2-3 cans 14.5 oz diced tomatoes( depending on the size of the onions, I prefer Hunts petite diced)

1 tbls. Mexican Chili/Lime seasoning (optional)

salt/pepper

Directions

Add all ingredients into food processor and pulse a few times until you’ve reached your desired consistency.

Pour into glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap and referigerate awhile to let the flavors blend, best if you let it chill for a couple of hours.
